Kristina Jansen is Project Development Manager at RAI Energy, bringing over 10 years of experience in energy development and deployment to the team. Her expertise spans utility-scale solar development, onsite power generation, and emergency response.

Before joining RAI Energy, Kristina gained valuable skills and experience from her work in commercial real estate investment, financial management, and multimedia content production, which have helped her become a highly effective problem-solver and communicator.

Kristina has a proven track record of finding efficiencies and generating understanding as she works with partners to build a sustainable future. Her previous positions include Business Development Manager of Global Power Supply and Utility Solar Project Manager for Pacific Valley  where she directly supported the development of a portfolio of 200 MW solar PV projects. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a MA in Psychosocial Anthropology from the University of California, San Diego.

With her strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate effectively, Kristina is an essential member of the RAI Energy team, driving project development and bringing innovative solutions to complex challenges in the energy sector.
